As part of our global expansion to be able to deliver great advisory services to our customers, Alexander has been added to our core Senior Advisor team as the first advisor besides our two founding partners. Alexander van 't Riet have recently served as CEO of Mai Dubai, one of the biggest bottled water companies in GCC.

Jesper Munkholm joined the leadership team at Airwater Co to support the company into a transformation of the company from Eshara Water to Airwater Co, including stronger regional presence, building new branding and communication footprint and stronger sales processes.
As part of a restructuring of the Grundfos Futurelab, Jesper Munkholm decided to leave Grundfos Futurelab as Director to support GCC regional water technology companies.
After almost 10 years at Grundfos in various roles, the last one as part of the leadership team in Grundfos Futurelab, Sead Bajrovic left Grundfos to build Aliaxis' CVC arm, Aliaxis Next, as COO.
After many years as independent advisor, Jesper Munkholm decided to join the leadership team at the newly established Grundfos Futurelab, an innovation arm of Grundfos, the largest pump manufacturer in the world.
Jesper Munkholm finally made a full time job in the company he formed in 2011 into an independent advisory firm, advising C Suites in digital transformation. Besides that Jesper have served as advisor on a great number of deals within the SaaS and PaaS industry as well as board of directors and advisory board work.
As part of a wish from Jesper Munkholm he sold his shares in Kernel Global and made his own independent advisory.
Sead Bajrovic joins Grundfos as entrepreneur in residence, solving world’s water challenges and began an almost 10 year journey within the water space at Grundfos. He was part of the core team driving digital transformation and corporate development through various innovation vehicles: partnerships team, venture builder setup, innovation labs, and early CVC activities.
After Jesper Munkholm sold his company he joined one of the biggest branding agencies in Denmark with offices in Manchester, Copenhagen and Aarhus. He joined the global partner team as DACH CEO, responsible for establishing the German office in Hamburg.
The same year Sead's company got acquired, Jesper's co-founded company was acquired by a Danish company and is still in operation today.
Sead's mobile marketing platform got acquired by a North American publicly traded company serving more than 200 million customers annually.
After having spend some years in the digital management consulting industry, Jesper Munkholm decided to co-found his first company, which was one of the first companies to use smartphone technology in documenting HQSE processes back in 2009 just after Apple launched the AppStore. In this period Jesper Munkholm also met Sead Bajrovic as the two respective companies had the same main investor.
Sead Bajrovic co-founded his first tech company, a global pioneer in mobile marketing. The company provided a web based mobile coupon platform for brands, loyalty marketing companies and deal sites. In this period Sead Bajrovic also met Jesper Munkholm as the two respective companies had the same main investor.
