Coming from the SaaS and PaaS industry and have advised senior advisors within digital transformation for many years, I was searching for where I wanted to take my next step and combine a cross industry knowledge within innovation.

When I got the opportunity in 2020 to join the leadership team in Grundfos Futurelab, I finally found my call and space for growing, not only as a person in a totally new industry, but also be able to create massive impact as water is crucial for all living forms on earth.

I have decided that I will devote the rest of my life to work with water, as it gives me not only a great purpose, but also through my work, are able to put a small mark on this planet through our great customers. 

If I can choose only 1 word it is scalability.

To be able to drive scalability of new water technologies across the water industry, it must be combined with deeply rooted insights to the complexity of water. That is why we formed Water Impact Partners.

On one hand to support the best water technology companies to massively scale and drive impact and on the other hand to make sure more investors understand the complexity of the water industry.

I personally believe this is the only way to drive massive impact and innovation within this industry as it is a very status quo and risk adverse industry.

I am 47 years old and married to my wife Camilla and born and raised in Aalborg in the northern part of Denmark and now are so fortunate to have the world as my "playground".

My wife and I do not have kids, but have 2 dogs, Hugo and Alfred who are bringing much joy into our life on many levels.

As a person I am very curious and love to learn new things and enjoy being in the intersection of innovation and leadership as I truly enjoy building businesses and great teams.

I am a strong believer in transparency and trust, in all aspects of life as it makes it easier to navigate, but also to build strong relationships both in business and privately.
